Where Do You Ship From?
All orders ship from our international warehouse, direct.
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders process and ship within 24 hours. Tracking arrives by email once it's on the way.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Standard shipping — 6 to 12 business days, worldwide.
Shipping Cost?
$6.95 flat worldwide. Free over $100.
Duties and Import Taxes?
Covered. All orders are delivered duty paid (DDP). No surprise fees at the door.
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Once placed, orders move fast and can't be modified. Double-check your cart before submitting. If something's off, we'll make it right through a free return.
